俄羅斯一架軍工廠直升機發生墜毀意外，造成5人死亡，其中四人都是高階主管。這架直升機在俄羅斯南部鄰近裏海的達吉斯坦聯邦墜毀，事故發生前，直升機尾旋翼先是觸地斷裂，隨後失去方向直線墜毀，驚險畫面也被拍下曝光，引發關注。
直升機觸地尾旋翼斷裂，拖著斷裂的尾旋翼，飛行員嘗試重飛，但已無法控制方向，在海面上搖搖晃晃，還不斷畫圈圈盤旋，急速下墜，飛機墜毀在地面，撞上住宅後起火，消防人員趕來撲救，現場焦黑一片，建築物被燒毀，還能看到原來直升機的藍色外殼已被撞成廢鐵。
俄羅斯聯邦達吉斯坦當地時間7日，一架由試飛員駕駛的小型雙引擎 通用直升機Ka-226，疑似因為技術故障，導致直升機墜毀，撞擊住宅引發大火，機上載有7人，事故造成5人死亡，其中4人是基茲利亞爾電機廠的高階主管，這家電機廠為俄軍生產並提供飛機設備，2024年被歐盟制裁，當局目前判定肇事原因為技術故障，沒有跡象顯示存在故意破壞行為。
