一整棟房屋就在河面上不停漂流，這棟房屋原本位於科羅拉多州聖胡安河沿岸，因為承受不住急流沖刷，整棟房屋脫離原本的地基。所幸當時屋內沒有人，救援團隊在大水來臨前，已經撤離所有民眾。而房子隨著河水一路漂流，最後還迎面撞上一座橋樑。

Driven by 3–4+ inches of additional rain on already saturated ground from the late-October storm. • 🚨 Ongoing emergency response across Archuleta, La Plata, and other southwest counties. Mandatory evacuations remain in effect for downtown Pagosa Springs and low-lying areas along the San Juan, Rio Blanco, Navajo, and Piedra rivers. • 🌊 Major river peaks: San Juan River at Pagosa Springs crested at ~16.81 ft Sunday night (2nd-highest on record, only behind the 1911 flood at 17.8 ft; major flood stage is 12.6 ft). Higher than the Oct. 23 peak of 15.02 ft. Piedra River also set a new record. • 🌧️ Rain totals (this event): Estimated 3–4+ inches over the Pagosa area on top of the prior 5+ inch event. Ground fully saturated; rapid runoff continues. • 🏠 Evacuations & damage: Downtown Pagosa Springs still evacuated. US 160 / 1st Street Bridge CLOSED by CDOT due to severe riverbank erosion near the museum (building at risk of collapse). Hot Springs Blvd Bridge CLOSED. ☎️ Cell service down in parts of town. Town facilities closed. Prior wave already impacted ~540+ homes and caused extensive road/infrastructure damage (town estimate ~$38M). No known fatalities or injuries. • 🚧 Roads: Widespread closures and damage including US 160 (both sides of Pagosa), CO 151 washouts, and other routes. Avoid all non-essential travel. “Turn around, don’t drown.” • 📉 Current status: River levels beginning to recede slightly but remain in major flood stage. Dangerous conditions, unstable banks, and flood hazards persist. Additional light rain/snow possible. Stay off closed/flooded roads, monitor official alerts (Town of Pagosa Springs, Archuleta County, NWS), and do not return to evacuated areas until cleared. 另外在科羅拉多州的杜蘭戈，破紀錄的大水退去後，街道和房屋都堆滿漂來的木頭、雜物及泥巴，有民眾形容根本就像鬼城一樣。目前居民正全力清理家園，專家估計聖嬰現象將在12月達到高峰，呼籲居民多加留意其他天災的發生。
