烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基表示，俄羅斯昨（7日）在普丁生日這天發動數波飛彈與無人機攻擊，造成孩童等至少32人喪命，並破壞工業設施與能源基礎建設，稱這是俄羅斯最「卑劣的襲擊」之一。
路透社報導，傷亡最慘重的地方位於烏克蘭北部切爾尼戈夫州（Chernihiv）的普里盧基（Pryluky），一枚俄羅斯飛彈摧毀了一棟5層樓的住宅大樓。
烏克蘭緊急服務機構在通訊軟體Telegram上表示，截至今天早上，普里盧基的死亡人數已攀升至22人；此外，首都基輔一棟公寓大樓遭遇俄羅斯空襲後，又發現兩具遺體，使當地死亡人數增至4人。
內政部長維赫夫斯基（Ivan Vyhivskyi）稍早指出，全國死亡人數已達28人，其中包括在普里盧基攻擊中喪命的20人，當中有5名兒童。
基輔檢察官昨天傍晚表示，一架無人機墜落的殘骸在一處郊區造成兩人死亡。
澤倫斯基（Volodymyr Zelenskyy）說，烏克蘭各地共有100人受傷。他指出，這波攻擊正好發生在俄羅斯總統普丁（Vladimir Putin）生日這天。他在夜間視訊演說中表示：「這就是普丁送給他自己的生日禮物：殺害兒童、殺害人民。」
澤倫斯基稍早在網路發表評論表示，在這次大規模攻擊期間，首都基輔與中部城市亞歷山德里亞（Oleksandria）和克列緬丘克（Kremenchuk）也有平民喪命。
他說，俄羅斯在夜間總共朝烏克蘭發射70枚飛彈，其中許多是高速彈道彈藥，以及數十架見證者（Shahed）攻擊無人機。
澤倫斯基說：「俄羅斯人企圖發動令人痛苦且具示威性的打擊。這是最卑劣的襲擊之一。」
俄羅斯國防部指出，俄軍對基輔和烏克蘭其他地區的軍事工業設施發動「大規模打擊」，動用高精確度的陸基、海基與空基武器與無人機。
烏克蘭空軍表示，在俄羅斯發射的46架噴射無人機中，烏克蘭擊落其中超過80%，高於近幾週防空系統的50%到60%攔截率。
