根據《People》報導,美國德州一名14歲少年哈德曼(Lukas Hardeman)於當地時間8月21日,在學校開了個玩笑後,因不明原因遭另一名學生襲擊,哈德曼的頭被抓住猛撞向板凳,導致頭部嚴重出血、腫脹。
經送醫救治,哈德曼有兩部分頭骨被切除,傷口大到用了超過60個手術釘(surgical staples)進行縫合。
對此,哈德曼的家屬表示「他是一個富有創造力、充滿愛心的青少年,他被攻擊後心情十分複雜」,其他家長得知後也感到害怕「這是我第一次對送孩子上學感到緊張」。
據了解,自8月20日已不只發生一起類似事件,哈德曼遇襲後該學區重申「將保障學生安全」,至於是否已對施暴的學生進行相關處置,校方仍未有進一步的說明。
