耶路撒冷一座動物園近日發生一起死亡意外，一名工作人員被一隻出逃的豹襲擊致死。

根據《BBC》報導，耶路撒冷聖經動物園（Biblical Zoo）於當地時間8月1日早上，一名男性工作人員努里（Uriel Nuri）正在為導覽進行準備時，遭一隻出逃的豹攻擊。
救護人員獲報到場後，發現努里躺在地上昏迷不醒，頸部嚴重受傷鮮血直流，送醫救治後仍傷重不治。

經動物園工作人員和警方初步調查，發現原本用來阻擋豹的大門因不明原因被打開，但詳細事因仍在釐清中，目前園區暫時不對外開放，暫時未有將涉事的豹安樂死的計畫。
對於這起悲劇，園方表示「努里的離去，讓動物園的大家感到十分的痛苦，我們將與他的家人同在」。
